Women and Alcohol

Female college-aged students are drinking dangerously. According to a recent study, two-thirds of women 18-25 drink alcohol regularly and many of them are binge-drinkers. In fact, white women make up the largest group of college-aged drinkers. Some effects of alcohol on young women are reported as loss of inhibition. Most cannot physically handle the amount of alcohol in their blood systems.
