Crenshaw

In the '60s, white residents of Crenshaw fled the area to avoid violence that erupted along racial barriers in what was known as the "white flight." Now white families are slowly coming back to the area because of its affordable housing. Residents say the media portrayal of Crenshaw is unfairly negative.
