Chrystal Li is a second-year master’s journalism student at USC Annenberg and a senior producer for Impact. She has reported primarily on arts, culture and politics, most recently for Los Angeles magazine. Born and raised in L.A., Chrystal returned to her hometown for graduate school after working several years in marketing and content development at a Silicon Valley startup. She hopes now to pursue a career producing long-form stories for television or the web. Chrystal holds a bachelor’s degree in rhetoric from UC Berkeley.
